Steps to Use the Self Cleaning Litter Box (please read the manual carefully)
1. Place the litter box on hard surface like wood or tile floor. Avoid carpet or any soft surface. Don’t place it in wet areas like bathroom or outside without a roof cover.
2. Put litter in the self cleaning litter box first before initiating the machine.
3. Suitable for cats 3 month older (weighting 1.5-10kg) .
4. After cleaning up the dumpster, reset the machine to restart. Keep power off when refill cat litter.
5. Don’t put anything on top of the litter box to avoid misguiding the gravity sensor

We suggest to use bentonite (clumping clay) cat litter, like our HONEYCARE Broken Cat Litter. No strip-like, pine, crystal cat litter.

Cut-Off & Dispatch

We only deliver to Australian addresses. Orders received and processed by us before 3pm AEST each business day will be dispatched within 1-3 business days for in stock items. Orders received and processed by us on Friday or weekend days will be dispatched within 1-3 business days following the preceding weekend.

We will endeavour to deliver your order to you within twelve (12) business days of the date you placed your order; Delivery times may be greater than 12 business days for regional or remote areas, i.e. outside of the metropolitan area of Australia's capital cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Canberra, Darwin ;

Stock Availability & Back Order

Out of stock items will be required to be ordered. You agree that your order for out of stock item may take up to sixteen (16) weeks to be delivered; If we unable to deliver your order within 16 weeks of receipt of your order, due to lack of stock, you may cancel your order without charge, and we will arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you.


If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 14 days of the date you received it, no questions asked. Please send it back to us in its original packaging. Credits are issued in the form of store credit. Your refund total will equal the merchandise price, less the actual shipping costs associated with both initial and return shipment. This is irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order.

Damages, Faults & Warranty

If an item has been damaged in transit, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible. If an item arrives that is faulty, missing parts, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible.


Where possible we prefer to deliver items using the supplier or manufacturer's original packaging to reduce waste caused by re-packaging.
